Dos Cabezas by Jean-Michel Basquiat captured a moment between him and Andy Warhol. The most amazing thing was the sheer speed at which he worked. The story[1] goes that after having lunch with Warhol, he took home a Polaroid shot by Warhol of them together and two hours later returned with a painting (still wet) and presented it to him. Similarly, Prince is storied to have over 20 years of unreleased music inside a vault. The anti-precious nature of the work and the sheer volume is enviable. Inspired, the following posters have been created in between 1 and 2 hours. Usually, the drawings start as an extremely rough figure drawn using a blunt pencil (to encourage anti-precious behaviour and convey the key idea)

Afterlife: Scale of tools compared to the medium, using a 0.2mm Fineliner or 10mm Crayon. Seeds of critique and embedded ideas ready to be developed further.

“A man’s dreams have a habit of coming true, more especially if he has made no particular effort to fulfil them” Attributed to  Halldór Laxnass”[2]
